Legacy Land! This property has it all: A pond, several year round streams, a creek/river big enough to swim and kayak around on (Keene Creek), two small rustic cabins/sheds to get yourself situated, apple trees, pear trees, cherry trees, garden beds, and more. If biodiversity is your interest, there are large stands of old growth oak trees, lowland red maple forests, hazelnut groves, birch and poplar stands, tamarak trees, and a sizeable stand of spruce and fir trees overlooking the Keene Creek in the back. A mile or so of trail winds to the creek at the back of the property taking you through upland forests and crossing streams and wetlands. Wild cranberries, nannyberries, bluberries, serviceberries and other fruits grow along the way. Build your dream home here or keep the little cabins as a hunting camp for you and your friends. Other small ice houses/trailers can be incuded if buyer desires.
